Peanut butter protein cookies

Hi there! Here I am with an other easy, healthy and fun recipe to make with your little one. We know that kids (and adults) never eat just one cookie. They always ask for two more while showing you their ten fingers. So, when I bake these cookies I don't feel guilty giving them 2...or 3.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 natural peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tbsp. cacao powder

  • 1 flax egg (1tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp. water

  • 1/4 mini chocolate chip

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Prepare your flax egg and set it aside

  • You can use your hands or blender (hands are more fun!!!)

  • In a mixing bowl mix all your ingredients. Add flax egg and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix.

  • Form dough into small balls and flatten them on parchment paper.

  • Bake them for 10 min.

  • Let them cool for 10 min.
