Part time barista/ smoothie/bowl hand crafter
Essential Job Functions

Enthusiasm for learning more about our products and nutrition.

Provide an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming environment, smiling and thanking every guest with outstanding enthusiasm.

Develop a strong understanding of our high-quality nutritional products and retail items, and be able to communicate at an exceptional level to our clients.

Consistently prepare beverages and food with detail and precision.
-
Available to work a minimum of three (3) days a week. Weekends are required.
-
The physical aspect of the job requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending over, reaching and other varied tasks.

Follow all policies, procedures, recipes, health codes and safety regulations.

Execute accurate sales transactions on the register.

Maintain organization and cleanliness at all times in the shop.

Baristas are responsible for staying up to date on all company communications.
Desired Qualifications
-
Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy, and physically demanding environment.

1 year of previous experience.
-
Food Handlers Certification and/or willingness to complete.
-
Plus: Spanish speaking
