Balance diet, Oats for breakfast

Today I want to share with you guys what I eat almost everyday for breakfast.
Did I tell you that I love Oats?! I love them because they keep me full the entire morning. Oats are super easy to prepare, they are super healthy, and if you add fruit its perfect combo.
I try my best to eat a balance diet and that is what I want to teach my daughter.
Every time I prepare breakfast, I ask my daughter; do you want to help me prepare oats? she loves to grab the oats with her hands and throw them into the pan . She usually makes a mess, but she has fun while waiting for the oats to cook.
Nutrition facts: Oats have a lot of fiber and are high in protein and iron. They have zero cholesterol, zero fat, and are heart friendly.

INGREDIENTS
ā¢1cup oats
ā¢2cups almond milk
ā¢agave
ā¢cinnamon powder
DIRECTIONS
In a pan, warm milk, add cinnamon powder. Then add the oats and let it cook for 5 mins. Serve in a bowl and top with fruit of your choice. Drizzle some agave syrup or honey over it to sweeten if you like. Now you are ready to start your day!
